Smart tags

A Microsoft beta tester from another list (I think it's Evolt) 
confirmed that the meta tag for turning off smart tags doesn't work.

Apologies if that person's here, that subject and the raw sockets 
issue in Win XP has more than doubled my email and my head's spinning!
